But Animal Crossing has an expectation: You flip it on and interact with it possibly 30 - 90 minutes every day, and do this for months. The games are made to Animal Crossing Items be played in short bursts daily for quite a while. So if somebody is giving up on it a month, month and a half in, it failed at exactly what it was supposed to do, at least to get this person.

Individuals are putting 500 hours into New Horizons. Perhaps you are not because that's not the kind of game you want to play. The individual who stated 50 hours is suggesting for diverse content that has never been in an Animal Crossing game. So it's obvious to me the Reason he/she Can't get 500 hours out of the game is because Animal is not the Type of game that may drive them to perform for 500 hours anymore

The issue with New Horizons lies within its own HEAVY realiance on intrinsic motivation whereas older titles also gave you a great deal of shit to do out of"be creative and make your island quite". Every AC match prior had more and more stuff to do and work towards as well as experience, so there wasn't any reason to not expect the same standard determined by the prior games. I think that it's kinda understandable that people that arrived from New Leaf anticipated that as a type of baseline concerning content. When they then realized that you are able to construct 3 buildings and update one of them vs. a complete shopping area with 12 shops and the shop having multiple useful upgrades. I believe, again, it is clear to be disappointed even if having played 50 hours. If Nintendo had communicated that the match would dramatically lack content which even the gamecube AC'd I do not believe the"backlash" would have been as large as it is.

What backlash? I really can't understand one if word of mouth maintain making this match selling months after it released.

Would not something like that cheap Animal Crossing New Horizons Bells make the opposite, with the match slowing down a whole lot rather?
